Rosemary

Rosemary - a versatile healing plant

Rosemary is valued for its stimulating qualities. It can relieve cramps and can increase blood flow. For centuries, an ointment made with the herb has been used to treat rheumatism. Rosemary tea improves circulation and aids digestion. To make the tea, steep a heaping teaspoon of rosemary leaves (fresh or dried) in hot water for 10 minutes. Used in cooking, rosemary stimulates the appetite.
