Receita sensacional- Big secret shining chocolate

    
INGREDIENTES

2 colheres (sopa) de gengibre picadinho
4 colheres (sopa) de açúcar
2 colheres (sopa) de água
4 colheres (sopa) de óleo
4 colheres (sopa) margarina
200g de achocolatado
3 ovos batidos
1 caixinha de creme de leite
½ pacote de bolacha Maria
MODO DE PREPARO

Numa panela coloque gengibre, açúcar e água e leve ao fogo médio, mexendo sempre, até formar um caramelo claro (cerca de 10 minutos). Retire do fogo e continue mexendo até açucarar o gengibre e a água evaporar. Deixe esfriar completamente. Dica: Depois de frio, se quiser, peneire o gengibre açucarado para retirar o excesso de açúcar.
Coloque numa outra panela óleo e margarina e leve ao fogo em banho-maria até derreter a margarina. Adicione achocolatado e ovos, mexendo sempre, até formar um creme liso e uniforme (cerca de 15 minutos). Retire o creme do banho-maria e adicione creme de leite e misture bem. Deixe esfriar. Junte o gengibre açucarado (feito acima) e misture.
Numa fôrma de bolo inglês forrada com plástico (18cm X 6cm) coloque uma camada de creme de chocolate (feito acima) e uma camada de biscoito Maria. Continue fazendo camadas alternadas de creme de chocolate e biscoito Maria até terminarem os ingredientes e a última camada de biscoito Maria. Leve a fôrma para a geladeira por cerca de 4 horas. Desenforme com cuidado e sirva em seguida.
