Een fractie van stilte
Een traan gedruppeld door de wind
Maar wat is tijd?
Een leegte in mijn borst
Een kreet van verlangen
Die voor een moment alle waarheid onthult.
Tijd, of die nu bestaat of niet, maakt het mogelijk dat de mooiste emotie
leven brengt in mijn leven
alle pijn verdrijvend
en als ik geen tijd meer had
zou ik je toch liefhebben
Ik zou de zon , de maan en het maanlicht onder ogen zien
allemaal om je te kunnen liefhebben
En het is dezezelfde tijd, gewild of niet,
die mijn hart raakt
maar wat is tijd?

An emptiness in the chest, a cry of longing
Which for a moment reveals all the truth.
Time whether it exists or not
allows the most beautiful emotion, makes the sun shine with all its splendor.
Bring life to my life
pushing away all pain
And if I had no more time
even then I should love you
I would face the sun, the moon and the moonlight,
Everything to be able to love you.
And it's that same time
willing or not
That touches my heart. But what is time?
